Privacy notice

Last updated October 2026.

This notice explains what Ashworth Joinery does with your personal information when you use this website or get in touch. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Ashworth Joinery is the data controller for the information you give us. That means we decide how it is used and we are responsible for looking after it.

We are based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire.

What we collect and why

This site has no forms. If you call or email, we use your details only to deal with your enquiry.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without asking you first.

Who else handles it

These companies process information for us, under contract, and only to provide their service:

• Cloudflare hosts this website. When you visit, it handles your IP address and browser details and keeps short-lived server logs for security.

Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. This website sets no cookies at all.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and then for up to two years in case you come back to us. If you become a customer, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do that, call 07700 900218. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
